User Accounts

SmartList requires user accounts. You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.

Intellectual Property

All rights in SmartList are owned by Algoritec AB. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.

Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized access or data scraping
• Injecting malicious code
• Using the App for illegal purposes

Governing Law

Swedish law governs these Terms.
